More About Our Services

Pre-Listing / Seller's Inspection

Our Seller’s Inspection service comes with all the same things as our Buyer’s Inspection. The only difference is that this inspection is meant to let sellers know about any issues with their property. If you choose to repair them before you list your home, it’s possible you could ask for a lot more money.

New Construction Inspection

Buying a newly constructed home is exciting, but it also requires some specialized knowledge. Let Johnny bring that knowledge to you with our New Construction Inspection service. If he finds anything amiss, he'll let you know immediately.

New Construction Phase Inspections

New Construction Phase Inspections are the best way to keep your contractor on track. Johnny will visit the property multiple times and will check to make sure everything is going smoothly. Any issues that he discovers will be reported to you immediately.

11-Month / Builder's Warranty

You have exactly 12 months to turn in any claims against your warranty. Instead of being uncertain, why not let Johnny inspect your home for you during the 11th month? That way, you can make a claim for every applicable item before your time runs out.

Before you close on your new house, be sure to have it Re-Inspected first. This allows you to make sure that everything on your home repair addendum was addressed.

Radon Testing

Radon is a toxic substance that you can’t smell, hear, or taste. If it’s lurking in your future home, you could end up with serious health issues. In fact, it’s the second leading non-smoking cause of lung cancer deaths. Set your mind at ease by adding a Radon Test to your Home Inspection.

Water Testing

Does your future property use well water? Check it to verify that it doesn’t have any potentially harmful bacteria. Johnny will take a water sample and will give the results as soon as possible.

Mold Testing

If there’s any mold in your home, it could cause a variety of health issues. This indoor air quality service includes testing for the presence of mold. If he finds any, he can advise you on who to contact for mold mitigation.

WDO/Termite Inspection

With a Termite Inspection, you can determine if there is an infestation before investing. Avoid paying thousands of dollars by finding out in advance. We contract Termite Inspections through a third-party service.

Commercial Building / Property Inspection

Are you in the Charlotte Metro Area and looking for a new commercial property? Get it inspected before you buy it! Johnny specializes in light commercial properties (strip malls, storefronts, etc.). Contact us for more details!

Loan Draw Inspection

When a lender backs your New Construction project, they’ll want some reassurance that the money is being spent properly. Arrow Home Inspection Services provides Loan Draw Inspections to help ensure that the bank’s investment is being well cared for. Johnny will visit the property and let your lender know if it’s okay to release the next loan draw.

Annual Limited Home Maintenance Inspection

Why have an Annual Maintenance Inspection?

Every homeowner has the responsibility of home maintenance. Having an annual maintenance inspection can help you stay ahead of maintenance needs. Don’t let minor and routine maintenance items become expensive and disastrous repairs because they were neglected or you were unsure what to do and when.

What’s included in an Annual Maintenance Inspection?

ARROW will perform a Limited Inspection consisting of visual observations of the Attic, Roof, Heating and Air Systems, Plumbing, Crawl Space, and a Walk Around of the Interior and Exterior of the home. You may also choose to have ARROW perform a full home inspection at any time.
